DIGITAL GUIDE

Digital Arts Fair Guide

This year, instead of printed Arts Fair guides, we will be offering a digital version accessible via QR codes placed throughout the fairgrounds. These digital guides will include general fair information, booth numbers, and artist/business names, ensuring that visitors can easily find and connect with you.

Information Booth Assistance

We will also have comprehensive information available at our info booth, where staff will be prepared to assist visitors in locating specific booths and artists. This ensures that everyone can still navigate the fair efficiently and find the artists they are looking for.

Bring Your Own Bags and Packing Materials

Additionally, we will not be providing shopping bags for artists this year. We encourage you to bring your own bags and packing materials for sold items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for your continued support and participation in the Bellevue Arts Museum Arts Fair. We are committed to making this event a success and look forward to seeing your incredible work showcased.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Artist Break Room

The Artist Lounge is a common area where you can relax and recharge. We will provide water, beverages, and coffee to keep you refreshed and energized. Food will be available to purchase from our participating food trucks/vendors and discounted food vouchers will be offered by Bellevue Square which you can use in participating restaurants within Bellevue square mall.
